Time flies when you're having fun! The TEDxPittsburgh team, speakers, and performers have been busy preparing for this event for months and now TEDxPittsburgh: Greater Than is almost here—June 15 to be exact. We're so excited for our neighbors here Pittsburgh, and our friends all around the globe, to hear all these inspiring, breathtaking, and even tear-jerking stories.


 

Day of the Event: What to Expect

If you're attending the event, fabulous! We can't wait to see you. Here are some details for what to bring/what not to bring, schedule of talks, and what to expect throughout the show!

What to Bring

  • An empty water bottle for water

  • Business card

  • An open mind prepared to learn, share, and be inspired


What Not to Bring

  • Food or drink – Lunch is included with the purchase of you TEDxPittsburgh ticket

  • iPads or laptops – We want to make sure our guests can savor every minute of the show, so please keep large screen devices at home

  • Bags larger than 16x16x8

The doors leading into the theater will be closed during talks to avoid interruptions, so we thank you for your patience and cooperation. Our friends at the Cultural Trust recommend getting to the Byham Theater around 10:45. This will give you plenty of time to check in, get seated, and make yourself comfortable before the talks start at 11:30 sharp!
